Abstract:Concerned with the stability analysis of linear discrete time-delay systems. New discrete inequalities for single summation and double summation are presented to estimate summation terms in the forward difference of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF), which are more general than those commonly used summation inequalities. Through the construction of an augmented LKF, improved delay-dependent stability criteria for discrete time-delay systems are established. Based on this, a time-delayed controller is derived for linear discrete time-delay systems. Finally, the advantages of the proposed criteria are revealed from the solutions of the numerical examples.

肖伸平,男,教授,博士生導師,先後擔任湖南工業大學太阳成集团tyc33455cc院長、黨委書記,現任電傳動控制與智能裝備湖南省重點實驗室主任;中國自動化學會過程控制專業委員會委員,湖南省儀器儀表學會副理事長,湖南省十二五重點學科方向帶頭人,湖南省優秀教師,湖南省新世紀121人才工程第2層次人選。1988年6月畢業于東北大學,獲學士學位;2008年12月獲中南大學博士學位。

先後在德國曼海姆大學、英國Liverpool University和澳大利亞Curtin University進行學術訪問和交流。

主持國家精品課程、國家精品資源共享課《單片機原理及應用》和省級校企業合作人才培養示範基地等項目8項。

主持國家級科研項目2項、省級科研項目10餘項,發表科研論文80餘篇,其中SCI檢索20篇,EI檢索30餘篇。
